You can print it on your printer on regular 8.5" x 11" paper. If your printer tells you the file exceeds the printer's margins, tell it to go ahead anyway or set your printer's margins to '0'. Fold the print in half and in half again to form a frenchfold card measuring 4.25" x 5.5". You can of course print it on card stock and then cut the paper in half to 5.5"x 8.5". The card uses a 51/2 baronial envelope.
