I paint watercolors of midcoast Maine - coastal scenes of the harbors and fishing villages around Rockland, Maine, where I live - places like Owls Head Light, Rockland Breakwater, and Marshall Point Light, Pemaquid, and Boothbay Harbor area lighthouses. Views of lobster boats in Spruce Head, Port Clyde, Cushing and Friendship. And of course the Belted Galloway herd in Rockport. I reproduce my Maine watercolors as prints and in themed collections of notecards and art cards. The most requested is "How to Draw & Paint a Maine Lighthouse - Marshall Point Light", which I have offered weekly from May to October. You may request it any time of year though!

I also hold adult and children's watercolor classes and art workshops. Classes, formerly in a studio at Lincoln Street Center, Rockland, Maine, are now at my kitchen table! LSC has closed. They used to hold classes such as life drawing and yoga. The Waterfall Arts Center in Belfast has a large roster of classes year round.
